The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, product teams, and business leaders to strengthen product propositions, improve customer segmentation, and maximize business outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Customer Acquisition
Drive business growth by acquiring new customers in the HL and LAP segments.
Build and strengthen a high-yield lending portfolio through strategic customer acquisition initiatives.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize business opportunities.
Maintain and expand strong distribution and channel partner networks across the assigned geography.
Portfolio & Risk Management
Ensure high portfolio quality and maintain healthy asset performance across the lending book.
Monitor portfolio health and drive proactive measures to minimize delinquencies and risk exposure.
Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure prudent lending practices.
Customer Experience & Compliance
Deliver best-in-class customer service and ensure seamless customer journeys.
Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
Uphold the organization's Code of Conduct and core business values at all times.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead business operations by working collaboratively across functions and teams.
Drive alignment between sales, product, operations, credit, and collections teams to achieve business goals.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen business performance.
Digital Adoption & Process Excellence
Promote and drive digital adoption across teams and customers to improve operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence.
Secondary Responsibilities
Mentor, guide, and develop team members to build a high-performance culture.
Strengthen leadership presence and provide strategic direction to functional teams.
Foster employee engagement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

Strong expertise in Affordable Housing Loans and LAP business.
Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen with a strategic and result-oriented mindset.
Sound understanding of lending operations, portfolio management, and compliance.
Ability to drive large-scale business growth and manage cross-functional coordination effectively.
