Key Responsibilities
Manage US/International clients (preferred)
Handle Digital Marketing (SEO) projects
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Client communication via calls, emails & online meetings
Manage client escalations, documentation & monthly retention
Maintain strong client relationships & performance goals
Requirements
Experience in Digital Marketing
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PPT
Strong project coordination & client-handling skills
