Job Objective and Overview
The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Company Secretary supports corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial activities across the organization. The role is responsible for assisting with board and committee meetings, maintaining statutory records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing statutory filings, and supporting various company secretarial functions. In addition, the position will handle banking-related documentation, including KYC compliance, bank account opening and closure processes.
The position reports to the Company Secretary and may supervise junior team members while contributing to the effective governance and compliance framework of the organization.

Main Responsibilities
Stakeholder Coordination & Governance Skills – Ability to work effectively with banks, regulators, auditors, legal teams, directors, and internal finance stakeholders while ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and treasury policies.
Company Secretarial & Statutory Compliance Expertise – Experience in board support activities, preparation of agendas, board packs, resolutions and minutes, along with handling statutory filings, annual returns, compliance tracking, and maintenance of corporate records.
Corporate Records & Entity Management – Hands-on experience in maintaining statutory registers, shareholder/director records, beneficial ownership records, share transfers, in corporations, restructuring, and entity management across jurisdictions.
Banking Operations – Experience in managing corporate banking documentation, KYC compliance, bank account opening and closure processes, signatory administration, maintenance of banking records, and coordination with banks for regulatory and operational requirements
Skills and Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Company Secretarial functions, including statutory compliance, corporate governance, regulatory filings, and maintenance of statutory records.
Experience in banking-related activities such as KYC compliance, bank account opening and closure, bank documentation, signatory management, and coordination with financial institutions. Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
Qualified/ Semi Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA, LLB, or any relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage .
