Responsible for handling Customer Complaints, RCA, CAPA, Resolutions.
Working closely with Client to smooth exection of project.
Identify and mitigate project risks affecting quality, schedule, and cost
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of inspection activities to avoid the penalty.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project execution.
Closely working with all units & ensure to get budgeted revenue
Attend or visit units for feedback & Project review meeting
Provide regular updates on inspection status, quality concerns and project progress.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Monitor project budgets, revenue and profitability.
Ensure to get approval timely traker/annexure approval from respective Units & raising invoice on time to all Units
Undertake any other role/responsibility as assigned by the Management.
Required to carry out assigned job independently & represent the data to management as an when require
Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge
10–15 years of experience in Third Party Inspection (Vendor Inspection), Quality Assurance / Project Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing large scale or high value projects.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Petrochemical or EPC projects.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / metallurgical or industrial engineering
