We’re Hiring:  Head of Projects [Process Equipment Manufacturing]

Location:

Noida, UP
Open to PAN India  candidates willing to relocate
CTC:  80,000 – 1,00,000/month [Fixed & MAX] + Standard benefits

Are you someone who has  actually delivered complex industrial equipment projects end-to-end  — not just managed timelines on paper?

As our order book grows across India and international markets, we’re looking for a  Head of Projects  who can take full ownership of execution — from PO to commissioning — across multiple high-value projects.

What you’ll own:

• End-to-end delivery of custom-engineered equipment projects

• Full project P&L ownership (cost, margins, deviations)

• Managing 5–10+ concurrent projects across execution stages

• Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, production, QA)

• Direct client interaction — reviews, escalations, change management

• Vendor & subcontractor performance (quality, delivery, cost)

• Site commissioning & final client sign-off

We’re looking for professionals who have:

• At least min of 8+ years in   process equipment / heavy engineering manufacturing

• Hands-on experience with equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, flare systems, thermal oxidisers, etc.

• Proven track record of  multi-project execution + financial ownership

• Led teams of 4+ engineers (direct reporting)

• Strong exposure to commissioning and client-facing roles

• Experience with tools like MS Project / Primavera

This role is NOT for:
IT Project Managers | Construction-only PMs | Planning/coordination profiles

Bonus if you’ve worked on  international projects, EPC environments, or ASME/API-compliant systems.
