2–5 years (Italian cuisine preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and present authentic Italian dishes (pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces, etc.)
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation
Plan menu items and assist with new Italian menu development
Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen SOPs are followed
Manage kitchen prep, inventory and reduce wastage
Coordinate with the kitchen team during service hours
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Italian Chef or Continental Chef
Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients, sauces and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good time management and teamwork skills
Passion for food and attention to detail
