• Review internal posting details for formatting and completeness
• Support overnight administrative workflow checks
• Assist with basic candidate intake routing and posting visibility review
• Confirm that internal system fields, locations, and job details appear correctly
• Document any posting or workflow issues for internal follow-up
• Perform other temporary administrative tasks as assigned

• Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Ability to work an overnight schedule
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Must be comfortable working in a temporary, limited-scope role
