About the Position

We’re looking for a physician who is willing to practice medicine where it matters most. This full‑time emergency medicine opportunity is located in Nome, Alaska, along the Bering Sea. You’ll be part of a team that includes more than 70% Alaska Native staff, deeply connected to the people, culture, and land they serve.

• 4‑week on / 4‑week off schedule
• 12‑hour shifts, 4–5 days per week (approximately 7–8 patients per shift)
• Fewer than 25 patients per 24 hours
• $183.75 per hour (~$315K annually), plus $30K sign‑on bonus, relocation, CME, covered airfare, and reduced‑cost housing

• Provide emergency medical care on a 4‑week on / 4‑week off schedule.
• Work 12‑hour shifts, 4–5 days a week.

• Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice physicians with emergency experience.
• Family or internal medicine physicians are accepted with experience in Emergency Medicine.
• Providers with experience working with native patient populations are preferred.

• Permanent full‑time position with full‑time benefits (no PRN).
• Client pays for round‑trip ticket home every 4 weeks.
• Light schedule and true time away when off.
