Ultrasound Technologist

Position Overview

Under the direction of the Diagnostic Imaging Director, Diagnostic Imaging Manager and/or Lead Sonographer as well as medical direction by the Radiologist to perform all aspects of diagnostic sonography, assists physician as required and participates in all aspects of quality assurance (QA).

• Completion of an accredited Ultrasound training program.
• National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
• National Registered Technologist - Sonography.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist or completion of PSMMC Imaging Clinical Rotation.
