Human Resources Assistant; NAF​/Developmental NF

Summary

Army Non‑Appropriated Funds (NAF) Human Resources Officer – recruitment and staffing support. Positions available at multiple Army installations nationwide. This role is full‑time and permanent.

• Performs a wide variety of technical support, focused primarily in the areas of recruitment and staffing.
• Extends job offers, conducts pre‑employment screenings and assists selectees during pre‑employment processes.
• Uses automated systems to track requests for personnel actions and continually updates status of assigned personnel actions.
• Coordinates entrance on duty dates once pre‑employment requirements are met, prepares new hire paperwork and provides new employee orientation briefings.

• Minimum six (6) months of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience (NF‑02) or six (6) months of human resources recruiting experience (NF‑03).
• Experience utilizing an automated recruitment and staffing system (e.g., USA Staffing, Avue, People Soft). Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
• Valid Security Clearance not required; drug test required.
• Full‑time commitment with occasional travel.
