Role SummaryThe Ramp Service Agent (RSA) works in a fast‑paced environment performing below‑wing functions and maintaining flight operations. This is a union represented position.
Key Duties- Load and offload luggage and cargo with conveyor belts or forklifts.
- Transport luggage and cargo to various airport locations.
- Maintain ramp and warehouse areas.
- Marshal and push back aircraft.
- Valid unexpired driver's license issued by a US state, territory or D.C.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently and perform required basic physical tasks (stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, crawl, push, pull, reach, grasp) for extended periods.
- Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
- Adaptability to perform work according to set procedures.
- Anticipate needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work at a constant, quick pace outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Quick learning and understanding of flight schedules and destination information.
- Good attendance and punctuality record.
- May be required to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification depending on location.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Knowledge of operations with industrial equipment and previous experience.

Starting RateUSD $29.08/Hr.
Pay Details- $1,000 paid out after 3 months.
- $1,500 paid out after 7 months.
- $2,500 paid out after 12 months.

Airport SIDA Badge RequirementsEmployees working at an airport or maintenance hangar must obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority and maintain good standing to keep it. If an employee does not qualify for a SIDA badge or it is withdrawn, the employee will be terminated.
