Sr Customer Service Representative
Provide exceptional customer experiences and serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts.
Responsibilities- Be the primary contact for your customer’s account, transactional, and procedural queries.
- Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism as a representative of Saxco within our strategic accounts.
- Partner with strategic accounts and account managers to provide exceptional service and timely information on all customer queries.
- Resolve customer requests that you are accountable for and interface with other parts of the organization, as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Saxco products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and complete information to both internal and external customers.
- Independently make decisions on behalf of the customer with impact on our business, and communicate those decisions effectively.
- Be the liaison between sales and Saxco in all matters pertaining to your customer accounts.
- Actively participate in building a supportive team environment that fosters positivity and engagement.
- Post‑secondary education preferred.
- A passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to contribute to team success.
- Significant experience and knowledge in Saxco systems, products and internal processes, and ability to make decisions in the best interest of the Company independently.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a customer success role within a fast‑paced distribution environment, preferably in the agricultural, food service or packaging industries.
- Liaison between customer and Saxco in development of forecasts and strategic vision for inventory recommendations and just‑in‑time deliveries.
- Execute terms of contracts and communicate internal contractual requirements for your accounts.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Excellent communication skills, listening and written skills with a genuine desire to serve the customer.
- Ability to accurately maintain orders and delivery schedules.
- Self‑starter who leverages opportunities to improve skills and capabilities to build a personal brand.
- Comfortable navigating between different computer applications and multi‑tasking while engaging customers in conversation.
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement teams and provide input to Saxco processes and customer needs.
$27 – $33 hourly wage
