- Credential:
Multiple Subject Credential with Bilingual Authorization in Mandarin. Please upload the Document's Detail of your credential. For instructions on how to obtain a detailed document see Print a Document's Detail. - Transcripts:
Please upload transcripts showing completion of a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university. Out of country transcripts may be uploaded along with an evaluation from an agency approved by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. - Resume
- Letters of Recommendation:
Three (3) professional letters of recommendation signed and dated within the last 3 years. One letter of recommendation must be from a Supervisor. - Complete Application:
Employment History must Include: employer, dates, supervisor, phone and your job title (If you do not have prior paid job experience, you may include student teaching, field experience and volunteer work.) Three (3) Professional References. One reference listed must be a Supervisor. Please include name, organization, phone number, title and email of professional references listed.
