AVID Tutor

Under supervision, provides AVID-based tutorial services to students on an individual or group basis; assists in implementing the AVID Writing, Inquiry, Collaboration, Organization, and Reading (WICOR) and inquiry-based tutorial processes.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent education (GED/College coursework) must be attached to the application. Applicants may attach official transcripts from an accredited institution in lieu of high school diploma or equivalent education. Transcripts must indicate the year of high school graduation. Individuals who have completed high school, college, or university coursework at an institution in a country other than the United States, must obtain a complete evaluation of foreign transcripts or degrees.
