The scope of this effort is to acquire support services for Corona Division’s Corporate Operations Department and Chief Technology Office. Provide support in the following areas:
Corporate Business, Security, CTO Support, Corporate Operations, Infrastructure, IT, Corporate Communications, Property Management, HR/Training.
The Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Support contractor shall require access to classified spaces in performance of this task.
- Shall convert as-built to technically detailed Building Information Modelling (BIM) Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings, three-dimensional models, and two-dimensional project drawings.
- Shall work with engineers, architects, facilities planners, and interior designers to produce plan drawings, site plans, and base maps.
- Shall draft and illustrate maps, diagrams, and plans for construction projects, to include utilities, roads, structures, and geographical references.
- Shall review data from engineers, architects, planners, and interior designers to ensure that they conform to design plans. The Contractor shall also prepare construction drawings to support the mission of the organization.
- Shall ensure infrastructure assessment surveys are conducted to include, but not be limited to, all buildings, utilities, roads, parking lots, support structures, and geographical data.
- Shall ensure the drawings are reflected as observed and updated as technically accurate.
- CAFM support shall coordinate space configurations to include space audit, field verifications, room numbering, employee assignments, room photos, signage, furniture and equipment inventory, moves, additions, and changes.
- Minimum of Associate’s degree + 5 years experience.
- Experience using Revit, Auto Cad, 3D modeling, Autodesk.
- Proficient in the use of computers and various standard commercial software packages used on-center (Microsoft Professional Suite, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Adobe Professional, etc.)
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance
- Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) or Architecture
- 8 years of experience
