IT Support Technician

Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a strong Tier 1-2 IT professional who enjoys a mix of end-user support, troubleshooting, project work, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ 5-7 years of IT support experience

+ Strong Tier 1-2 troubleshooting experience in a Windows-based environment

+ Experience supporting PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals

+ Microsoft 365 administration experience, including:

+ User account creation, modification, and termination

+ Password resets and access management

+ Email support

+ Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive support

+ Ability to navigate and perform basic troubleshooting on Windows servers

+ Basic networking knowledge, including:

+ Switches

+ Wireless Access Points (WAPs)

+ Firewalls

+ Connectivity troubleshooting

+ Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including:

+ Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

+ Endpoint security tools

+ General security awareness

+

Experience with hardware deployments, imaging, software installations, and inventory management

+ Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
