We're looking for a Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to lead our technical accounting and SEC reporting functions. This is a highly visible leadership role that partners with Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Investor Relations, and executive leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

What You’ll Do- Serve as the Company’s technical accounting expert on complex U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting matters.
- Research, document, and communicate accounting positions for significant transactions, including acquisitions, revenue recognition, lease accounting, stock-based compensation, financing activities, and other complex accounting issues.
- Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statements, and registration statements.
- Oversee consolidated financial statements, footnote disclosures, and MD&A.
- Monitor new accounting standards and lead implementation efforts.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support audits, SOX compliance, and strategic business initiatives.
- Develop accounting policies, improve reporting processes, and strengthen internal controls.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing technical accounting and financial reporting team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big Four or national firm preferred).
- Experience with SEC reporting and technical accounting in a public company environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
