Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • CPA or CMA certification (highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
