Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA or CMA certification (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
