- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required for the Cost Accountant position.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, required for the Cost Accountant.
- Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis essential for the Cost Accountant.
- Experience with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting expected of the Cost Accountant.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required for success as a Cost Accountant.
- ERP experience (SAP, Syspro, or similar) preferred for the Cost Accountant role.
- CPA or CMA designation preferred for the Cost Accountant.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills needed to excel as a Cost Accountant.
