Controller Position
Our client, a well established strong, stable and growing manufacturing organization located in Norcross, Ga has an immediate need for a hands on, roll up the sleeves Controller. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits and the position is open due to growth.
Duties:
- Full financial statement responsibility
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Modeling
- Training, mentoring and developing two Accounting Assistants - so the client is looking for someone with a teaching mentality
- Maintain Banking relationships
- Interacting with the external CPA
Requirements:
- Bs in Accounting
- 5-10 years experience
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- CPA certification is a plus
The company is business casual and offers a relaxed company culture.
The base salary for the role is up to $120k plus a Bonus of up to $15k. The company offers MDV and pays for ½ of the Employee and their dependents. The company also has a 401 with a $1 for $1 Match on the first 4%. In addition they company offers a generous PTO program
