KRG Partners is conducting a search for a Controller on behalf of a well-established and growing organization in the Norcross area.
The position is in the office (Monday - Friday).

This is more than a traditional Controller role. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on finance leader who enjoys partnering with executive leadership, driving operational excellence, and making a meaningful impact across the organization.

• Leading all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash management, and month-end close.
• Preparing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Developing and strengthening internal controls, financial processes, and operational efficiencies.
• Partnering with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Leading and mentoring the administrative team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Supporting day-to-day business operations, including sales and service initiatives, human resources, and talent acquisition as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Leader
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience overseeing accounting operations, payroll, and internal controls
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style
• Strong business acumen with the ability to partner across departments
