Accounting Manager - Atlanta
Our client, a fast growing company has an immediate need for an Accounting Manager!
- Manage day to day accounting functions and monthly financial reporting
- Supervise accounting staff
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Review journal entries and reconciliations of staff
- Process improvement minded
- Drive period and year end close/meet commitment dates
- Drive timely, complete recon prep and review
- Monthly review P&L and BS for reasonableness
- Perform ad-hoc account analyses
- Work with Controller and subordinates to improve efficiency and thoroughness
- Work with peers and other levels of management to improve accounting service
- Assist on preparation for audit and tax prep
- Degree in Accounting and six or more years of experience with at least three years of supervisory experience
- CPA or currently sitting a MUST
- Base Salary mid 70's to 80's plus Excellent Benefits
