Schedule: Approximately 7:30/8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our growing commercial roofing company. This individual will play a key role in maintaining office efficiency by coordinating administrative tasks, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a construction office environment, is detail-oriented, and can effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Provide administrative support to leadership, project managers, and field personnel.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and company documentation.
- Assist with CRM data entry, customer information, and project tracking.
- Coordinate office communications, phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and general office organization.
- Assist with accounting-related administrative tasks and document processing.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor orders as needed.
- Help ensure efficient communication between office staff, field teams, clients, and vendors.
- Perform additional administrative duties to support business operations.
- 5+ years of experience in an office administration role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Previous experience working in a construction office environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems;
CenterPoint Connect experience is a plus. - Experience with accounting software;
Acumatica experience is preferred. - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and without constant supervision.
