ALM Automotive Group is expanding! We’re looking to hire experienced Payroll Clerks to join our Corporate team. This is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment while supporting payroll operations for several dealerships across the Metro Atlanta area.

• Process payroll accurately and on time for multiple dealership locations
• Manage daily payroll operations, including data entry and workflow oversight
• Reconcile payroll data before transmission and validate reports
• Manage Time attendance and time tracking system
• Process manual checks and funding for pay cards
• Generate payroll-related reports and respond to internal inquiries
• Support management with commissions and compensation plans

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience processing payroll across multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Paycor, Quick Books, HRIS tools)
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
• Solid understanding of payroll laws and best practices
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive data
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
