What You’ll Do

Own the Business. Drive the Growth. Close the Deals.

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business within manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and production
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding, and account expansion
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across the Norcross, GA market
  • Conduct consultative needs assessments and deliver customized staffing solutions:
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders, HR, Operations, and Procurement
  • Partner closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure flawless service delivery
  • Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics in CRM systems
  • Represent Diverse Staffing at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
  • Identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in light industrial staffing or workforce solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of light industrial environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable selling to executive-level and operational decision-makers
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Base salary up to $90,000
    , based on experience
  • Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses
