Role SummaryThe Product Associate (Commercialization) helps drive revenue by moving Elevate products from introduced→specified→approved→purchased. This role is focused on building and improving the commercial pipeline through lead generation, specification outreach, VE/submittal execution, and identifying the testing + documentation needed to be competitive in the U.S. market.
This position supports any current or future Elevate product line and is designed to grow into a Product Manager role, becoming the internal expert on product documentation, approvals, use‑cases, and market adoption.
Specification Outreach & Lead Generation- Identify target projects and stakeholders (architects, spec writers, façade consultants, GC/installer influencers)
- Conduct outbound outreach to secure meetings, lunch‑and‑learns, sample reviews, and spec discussions
- Track spec pursuits by firm/project and manage consistent follow‑up cadence
- Maintain a clean “target account” pipeline and feedback loop on what is/ isn’t resonating

Value Engineering + Submittal Support- Audit VE submittal packages and RFIs to identify missing items and approval risks
- Assemble VE submittal packages using approved materials: cut sheets, test reports, details, finish options, installation narratives, alternates
- Coordinate internal inputs (Technical/Operations/Marketing) to deliver complete, on‑time packages
- Build a reusable library of submittal templates and “modules” that can be adapted per product

Testing & Documentation Roadmap Support- Identify what testing reports, certifications, and documentation are required to win specifications (based on objections + spec requirements)
- Coordinate third‑party testing schedules and track deliverables (execution + follow‑up)
- Maintain organized product documentation systems with clear version control and “single source of truth”

Pipeline Improvement & Commercial Insights- Audit pipeline stages to identify bottlenecks (missing documents, unclear positioning, repetitive objections, slow follow‑ups)
- Recommend and help create tools that directly improve conversion: FAQ, competitor comparisons, application guides, spec language
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure product + opportunity records stay accurate

Qualifications- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication (submittals, spec language, follow‑ups)
- Comfortable with client outreach and persistence
- Highly organized with strong document control habits
- Able to coordinate cross‑functionally and drive tasks to closure
- CRM proficiency preferred (Hub Spot/Salesforce or similar)
- Construction Products / Building envelope / façade familiarity
- Experience handling submittals, RFIs, specs, or VE narratives
- Understanding of material testing reports (Intertek, ICC, etc.)
Salary Band: $60,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)
