The ideal
** Program/Account Manager - Microelectronics

They excel in planning and managing all aspects of a project, including budget, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. This individual is proactive in anticipating and addressing potential challenges to ensure seamless project deliveries that delight customers and foster long-term relationships.
** Responsibilities include
*** Plan, monitor, and control projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and exceeding managed customer expectations.
* Manage relationships to grow select accounts, serving as the primary interface from RFQ through delivery.
* Drive programs for select accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
** Minimum Requirements
*** 4-year college degree
* 5+ years of relevant sales experience; related industry and B2B experience
* Experience in electronics contract manufacturing
* Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.
* Attention to detail, a commitment to producing high-quality work, and delighting customers.
* ERP system experience
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
* Ability to travel up to 25%
** Preferred Requirement
*** 4 year college degree in business, marketing, or engineering
* Custom contract manufacturing experience
* Experience managing new product introductions, new process development, and volume production
* Project management and Gantt chart experience
* Experience quoting electronics manufacturing
* Technical Sales experience
* Micro-electronics experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
