Strategy Analyst

Summary
:
Our growing client is seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to join its team. This is a high-impact role within a stable, growing organization, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to partner with leadership on key initiatives that drive business performance.

This position focuses on translating business needs into data-driven insights and scalable solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance decision-making through analysis and reporting.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and support strategic initiatives
• Develop business cases, including ROI, cost/benefit, and risk analysis
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
• Support KPI tracking and performance measurement
• Contribute to enterprise projects and help drive execution
• Act as a liaison between business teams and leadership

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s a plus
• 2–6+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, strategy, or operations
• Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills
• Experience presenting insights to stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
