Job Overview

Microsoft Office, Excel. Must be able to lift 80lbs. Minimal travel may be required. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience. Prior logistics experience a plus. Drivers license required. Bachelors degree.
Interact with Commercial organization on various program timelines and deliverables, including surveys, tracking details, scheduling and coordinating movements of assets managed by the department. Balance competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts. Responsible for the shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives on behalf of the Sales Operations Programs team.
Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to supporting Commercial events. Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories). Operate and maintain material handling equipment (i.e. label machine, pallet jack). Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance/system upgrades.
