• Inspect residential and commercial properties after damage occurs
• Prepare accurate repair estimates and scopes of work
• Build relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and referral partners
• Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy
• Coordinate with Project Managers to keep projects moving efficiently
• Negotiate estimates and maintain accurate project documentation
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

• 2-3 years Estimating experience in restoration or construction preferred
• Xactimate experience is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Clean background check, motor vehicle record and valid driver's license
