Strategic Business Analyst

Our growing client is seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to join its team. This is a high‑impact role within a stable, growing organization, offering strong visibility and the opportunity to partner with leadership on key initiatives that drive business performance.

This position focuses on translating business needs into data‑driven insights and scalable solutions. You'll work cross‑functionally to support strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance decision‑making through analysis and reporting.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and support strategic initiatives
• Develop business cases, including ROI, cost/benefit, and risk analysis
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
• Support KPI tracking and performance measurement
• Contribute to enterprise projects and help drive execution
• Act as a liaison between business teams and leadership

• High visibility and exposure to senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's a plus
• 2–6+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, strategy, or operations
• Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills
• Experience presenting insights to stakeholders
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Salary range is provided in this posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
