Operations Support

Job Responsibilities:

As an Operations Support associate, you'll provide key administrative assistance in dispatch or on the dock to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key duties include:
Assist with dispatch coordination and load assignments on the dock
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Track and monitor shipments for accuracy and timeliness
Perform accurate and timely data entry
Generate and complete required reports
Maintain consistent, reliable attendance

Must be 18 years of age

AS400 experience preferred
