Full Time Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/yearMF Professional Services, Inc. (MFPS) is seeking a Field Manager to oversee voter outreach and civic engagement programs supporting our clients, including Mi Familia Vota (MFV) and Mi Familia en Acción (MFA).
- Lead daily field operations for voter registration, voter education, canvassing, phone banking, text messaging, digital outreach, and GOTV programs.
- Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and support Canvass Leads, Canvassers, and other assigned field staff.
- Establish daily and weekly goals, turf assignments, schedules, staffing plans, and performance expectations.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, team meetings, field observations, employee check-ins, and post-shift debriefings.
- Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, productivity, performance, conduct, safety, and compliance.
- Recruit and support the hiring and onboarding of field staff in coordination with HR and authorized leadership.
- Track voter contacts, registrations, outreach activity, and other campaign performance metrics.
- Review field data and reports for accuracy and quality using VAN, MiniVAN, Every Action, and other designated systems.
- Ensure proper handling, tracking, quality control, and submission of voter-registration materials.
- Address and elevate performance, employee-relations, safety, data, or compliance concerns as appropriate.
- Maintain a professional, inclusive, accountable, and results-oriented field environment.
- Conduct direct voter and community outreach when needed.
- A specific degree is not required; relevant education, training, campaign experience, and field leadership experience will be considered.
- Experience working during at least two field, electoral, voter-engagement, organizing, or outreach campaign cycles.
- Previous experience as a Field Manager, Canvass Manager, Field Organizer, Regional Field Manager, or comparable field leadership role preferred.
- Experience supervising, scheduling, training, coaching, and motivating field teams.
- Experience developing or implementing voter-contact or community-outreach programs.
- Experience with VAN, MiniVAN, Every Action, or comparable voter-contact systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and performance-management skills.
- Experience working with Latino communities, communities of color, or other diverse communities preferred.
- English/Spanish conversational proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours during campaign periods.
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area.
This position works across office, field, remote, and community-based environments and requires regular travel throughout the assigned service area. Field work may involve extended periods of walking or standing and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Morning, evening, weekend, and extended hours may be required during voter-registration deadlines, election cycles, GOTV periods, and other high-volume campaign activities.
