Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site Construction Project Manager role is based in Norcross, GA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors, overseeing budgeting and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires effective communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination to oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Construction Management to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints while optimizing resource allocation.
  • Strong skills in Project Management to monitor timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of industry safety and quality standards and the ability to ensure compliance across all stages of construction.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
