This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior Estimator who wants to take ownership of major bids, influence strategy, and play a key role in winning work and driving the company forward.

• Lead estimating efforts across a range of façade and exterior envelope projects
• Take ownership of bids from initial take-offs through to final submission
• Work closely with operations, leadership, and clients to ensure alignment throughout the preconstruction phase
• Support development and improvement of estimating processes and systems
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to the overall growth of the team
• Leverage market knowledge and relationships to help secure new work

• Background in exterior restoration or new construction
• Strong experience in estimating, ideally within a subcontractor or façade specialist
• Ability to manage multiple bids while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong technical understanding across one or more of the following:
  • General Construction
  • EIFS / Stucco
  • Drywall
  • Glazing / curtain wall
  • General building envelope systems
• Commercially aware with a track record of contributing to winning work
• Proactive, driven, and able to operate both independently and as part of a team

• Estimator within a GC with strong exposure to exterior scopes
• Estimator ready to step into a more senior, high-impact role
