, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to support a growing portfolio of restoration and rehabilitation projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects while collaborating with an experienced team of industry professionals.
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for exterior restoration, waterproofing, concrete restoration, and building envelope projects
- Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents
- Perform quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive cost estimates
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs
- Develop budgets, value engineering options, and cost analyses
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams during project handoff
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Track market conditions and pricing trends to ensure competitive bids
- 3+ years of estimating experience within exterior restoration, building envelope, waterproofing, concrete restoration, masonry restoration, or commercial construction
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and materials
- Experience performing quantity take-offs and preparing detailed project estimates
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
