As part of their continued expansion in Atlanta market
, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to support a growing portfolio of restoration and rehabilitation projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects while collaborating with an experienced team of industry professionals.

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for exterior restoration, waterproofing, concrete restoration, and building envelope projects
• Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive cost estimates
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs
• Develop budgets, value engineering options, and cost analyses
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams during project handoff
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Track market conditions and pricing trends to ensure competitive bids

• 3+ years of estimating experience within exterior restoration, building envelope, waterproofing, concrete restoration, masonry restoration, or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and materials
• Experience performing quantity take-offs and preparing detailed project estimates
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
