Electrical Superintendent - Commercial Construction

A well-established commercial electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across commercial construction and renovation projects throughout the Atlanta metro area. With over a century of industry experience, this team specializes in healthcare, education, industrial, and office projects, including work in active and occupied facilities.

This is an opportunity for a strong field leader who can manage manpower, coordinate complex electrical installations, and keep projects running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial electrical projects
• Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and production goals
• Coordinate electrical installations from underground distribution through final devices and fixtures
• Work closely with Project Managers to drive schedule, quality, and budget performance
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce company safety standards
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and equipment installations
• Manage project work in occupied facilities while minimizing disruption to end users
• Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and code requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Foreman
• Background in commercial electrical construction
• Experience with healthcare, education, office, or industrial projects preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, distribution, switch gear, generators, and specialty equipment
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
• Proven leadership and manpower management experience
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
