Your Responsibilities as an ISR:
As a Glass Doctor ISR, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the person that provides top‑note customer service while showing off your solid customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and collects/verifies contact information.
- Enter all relevant customer information into the point-of-sale system.
- Sets appointments for flat projects to promptly close the sale.
- Assist Auto Glass Customers using open ended questions to ensure Glass Doctor gets the best possible information about the vehicle.
- Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.
- Collect payment from customers when scheduling the job.

Job Requirements:- One year or more of customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.
- Strong organizational skills, able to multi‑task, and can manage time.
- Outstanding phone skills.
- Strong computer and internet skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

The pay range for this position is $18 to $23
, depending on your level of experience as an ISR.
