Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 an hour
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Distribution Operations Manager, this position is responsible for providing customer service for all types of post-sale requests.
Essential Duties
- As a backup, answer incoming phone calls to the main operator extension and route appropriately.
- Expedite and track orders.
- Provide freight charges and invoice requests.
- Process returns.
- Confirm orders
- Assist distribution team members as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
