Stratix Corporation is seeking a Service Support Advocate to provide complete support to customers under the Service Agreement. The SSA expedites service processes to meet contractual SLAs and coordinates with internal teams on assigned accounts regarding service and inventory updates.
Normal hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with possible adjustments for other US time zones. Occasional weekends and Stratix posted holidays may be required.
