Call Center Representative

• Use provided call lists and customer service software to track outreach activity, update records, and document results accurately.
• Apply effective cold calling and warm calling techniques to move conversations toward scheduled appointments.
• Represent the organization with strong customer service skills while maintaining a positive and persuasive phone presence.
• Collaborate with internal sales partners to support appointment-setting goals and overall team performance.
• Follow established call center procedures, productivity expectations, and quality standards throughout the workday.
• Assist with additional administrative or support tasks as assigned to meet business needs.
