Position: Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (Migs) – Gyn-Only

The Role

We’re hiring a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to expand access to advanced benign GYN surgery in the Atlanta area. This role is ideal for:

  • Graduating OB/GYN residents seeking dedicated GYN surgery (
    structured 24-month mentorship track
    —heavy OR exposure with our surgeons while building your own panel;
    non-ACGME training
    ).
  • MIGS fellowship–trained surgeons
  • Experienced OB/GYNs ready to step away from obstetrics into a predictable, GYN-only surgical lifestyle and are willing to be trained in minimally invasive techniques.

We will train if needed. Structured mentorship, proctoring, and onboarding pathways are provided for new grads and for surgeons transitioning from OB.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures (e.g.,
    hysterectomy, myomectomy, excision of endometriosis, lysis of adhesions, adnexal surgery
    )
  • Office-based procedures and evidence-based medical management
  • Consults and longitudinal care for fibroids, endometriosis, pelvic pain, AUB, and other benign GYN conditions
  • Collaborate on care pathways, ERAS protocols, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Help shape service-line growth (clinical protocols, referral relationships, education/outreach)

Qualifications
  • MD/DO with completion of ACGME OB/GYN residency
    ; MIGS fellowship welcomed but not required
  • Eligible for Georgia medical license; board certified/eligible in OB/GYN
  • Comfort with (or interest in training for)
    advanced laparoscopy and robotic surgery (da Vinci)
