Instructional Designer

The Technical Course Developer 2 is responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, and implementing technical training content for a biotech/medical device organization. This role partners with subject matter experts, instructional designers, LMS administrators, and implementation teams to create engaging learning materials, ensure quality, manage content deployment across learning platforms, and continuously improve training effectiveness. The ideal candidate has experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, eLearning development, and learning management systems, with strong organizational and communication skills.
