• Lead the Classroom: Oversee daily operations and implement the Georgia Pre-K curriculum with fidelity.
• Build Strong Relationships: Partner with families to support each child’s growth and development.
• Create a Nurturing Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging space where children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
• Collaborate with Support Staff: Work closely with the assistant teacher and administrative team to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

• You are at least 18 years old
• You hold a valid Georgia Teaching Certificate
• You possess a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare or Pre-K setting preferred
• You're current with CPR & First Aid Certification
• You're able to pass a comprehensive background check
