Location: Norcross, GA (Hybrid - 2 days remote after ramp up)
Pay: $90K-$120K base + 15% bonus
Schedule: Full-time

They are looking for you-an experienced Field Service Engineering Manager-to lead a dynamic team focused on their equipment. This is a direct hire opportunity where you'll blend hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership.

• Define workload forecasts and drive efficient resource utilization

• Assess team competencies and oversee ongoing skill development

• Ensure all required Safety, Health & Environmental certifications are in place

• Lead field service operations to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities

• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards across the sub-region

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience in resource management or field engineering

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Background in rotary equipment and/or beverage industry is a strong plus

• Solid foundation in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, and Process Engineering

• Fluent in English (Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus)
