Civil Design Engineer - Land Development

We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role will be responsible for designing and developing residential community projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D
, including site layout, grading, drainage, utility design, and roadway improvements.

• Prepare civil engineering plans and construction documents for residential developments.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to perform site design, grading, stormwater management, utility layouts, and roadway design.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, surveyors, and regulatory agencies.
• Assist with permitting, zoning, and municipal approval processes.
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support projects from concept through construction.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for land development projects.
• Knowledge of residential site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design.
• Understanding of local permitting and development regulations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• EIT or PE license preferred but not required.
