Leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer in the Norcross, GA area. This company is known for its commitment to innovation and excellence in the industrial machinery sector, providing top‑notch service to its clients.
Shift and TravelMonday–Friday / 8am–5pm if in office. Traveling overnight and weekdays.
Responsibilities- Installation, start‑up, commissioning, and testing of machinery purchased by customers.
- Provide technical assistance during and after the warranty period, either on‑site or remotely.
- Train customer employees and other services on the delivered equipment.
- Conduct customer demonstrations and sample/prototype part manufacturing.
- Perform other tasks as required, including frequent weekday overnight travel.
- 2‑year degree or 4 years of military experience in a mechanical/electrical field.
- 3 or more years of industrial machinery troubleshooting and field service experience.
- Willingness to travel 50%-75% after training.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; conversational Spanish is a plus.
- Strong safety record and customer service‑oriented personality.
