Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused In-House Service Engineer to join a growing team in Norcross, GA. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and equipment expertise. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges while delivering a high level of service and building strong customer relationships.

This is a full-time, on-site position that combines hands‑on technical work with direct customer interaction via phone, email, and video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for industrial equipment and systems.
  • Serve as a primary customer contact for service-related inquiries and technical issues.
  • Diagnose electromechanical equipment problems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Review customer applications, samples, and equipment performance concerns.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Document service activities and customer interactions within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and drive successful outcomes.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with industrial equipment and electromechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers and end users.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, Microsoft Outlook, and other business software.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer issues through resolution.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
