Service Dispatcher

The Sack Company is a commercial MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) company that is currently looking for motivated candidates to join our team!

We are seeking a Service Coordinator in our construction firm. As part of our team, you will process client inquiries until resolved, address inbound calls, and maintain documentation as it relates to the department you are assigned to. You should have ample experience using various forms of communication (phone calls, emails, in-person interactions) as a front-of-line point of contact for our organization.

• Resolve construction and service related client inquiries
• Work with department officials to provide optimal solutions to clients
• Maintain timely communication on multiple platforms between internal and external parties
• Assist with material procurement and requisition needs

• Three or more years in a client-oriented, customer service, or related administrative position is desired
• Ability to work on tasks independently or as a team with supervised direction
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Construction or Service Department experience a plus
