Manager of Accounting & Finance

Our client in Norcross is hiring for the role of Manager of Accounting & Finance. This is a high‑visibility role reporting to the CFO and is designed as a hybrid accounting and FP&A leadership position within a growing, multi‑entity environment. The role blends hands‑on ownership of close and reporting with strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. • Accounting activities including month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Partner with brand controllers to review results, ensure consistency, and support timely closes
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Prepare executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and materials for leadership and investors

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with Accounting strongly preferred
• 4–8+ years of progressive experience across accounting, controllership, and/or FP&A
• Strong GAAP knowledge with experience in audits, close processes, and multi‑entity environments
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to balance execution and strategy
